Beechwood, tampico bristles and metal hardware
10" h x 2" l x 2" w.
Wood oxidation in the form of dark spots or discoloration is a natural process caused by exposure to water and other elements (ie iron in water), and shouldn’t be confused with mold or mildew. These natural signs of aging do not affect the performance of your brush. To exend the life of your brush handle, air dry after use and occasionally apply beeswax or oil. Wood will naturally split and crack over time. Compost head and handle, recycle metal hardware.

Good for what it is

I like these brushes and continue to purchase them, but wish they would last a little longer. We do a lot of dishes, and hang dry the brush inbetween, but the wood/metal barely lasts the four replacement heads. That being said, I haven’t found another solution I like better, it is nice to be able to compost most of the brush.

Great Quality Brushes!

As other reviews have stated, the bristles are perfect at giving a light scrub and sudsing the perfect amount.

I did buy the handle about 6 months ago and it's pretty much on its last leg. But if I had taken proper care, it probably wouldn't be in this shape.

If you want to make it last, make sure you shake out the brush and get as much water off as possible EVERY TIME you're done using it. And make sure it NEVER sits in water.

Great products. Might just need to include care instructions.

Love it.

Very happy with this beautiful brush. It scrubs very effectively. If I could make any suggestions, I would ask that the handle be a little longer and little fatter--it would be easier to hold onto. Would love it if there were a smaller version to get into the places this one is too big for.
